GENERAL PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions (referred to as the “Rules”) set out the rights and obligations of the Purchasing Services ( referred to as the Buyer) and Nepatogus Kinas (referred to as the Seller), the conditions for acquiring and paying for film screenings, liability and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of the film screenings on the www.nepatoguskinas.lt platform.
The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. The Buyer who has registered will be informed about any changes, corrections or additions before purchasing the selected services
SELLER INFORMATION
These Rules apply to the purchase of a film screening at www.nepatoguskinas.lt. Seller’s details: VšĮ „Nepatogus kinas“, company code 304036534, address A. Smetonos g. 5-312, LT-01115 Vilnius.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By purchasing a movie review on the platform www.nepatoguskinas.lt, the Buyer agrees with the Privacy Policy of Nepatogus Kinas, which can be found here: https://manoteises.lt/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/LZTC-ir-NK-Duomenu-apsaugos-politika_svetainei_2020.pdf.
MOMENT OF CONCLUSION OF PURCHASE – SALE AGREEMENT
By approving these Rules, the person confirms that he/she has the right to purchase a screening of the film in this e-shop.
The Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment when the Buyer successfully makes the payment.
By clicking the “Purchase” link, the buyer acquires the right to watch the selected film on the www.nepatoguskinas.lt platform from October 12 to 29, 2023 inclusive.
After purchasing a movie ticket, the Buyer will be able to watch the movie using link provided on their ticket. Once he/she starts watching the film, the Buyer will have 48 hours to complete watching the film.
After purchasing a film screening, once he/she press play, they will be able to watch the film using the same one IP address.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER
Some film screenings have an age rating. By purchasing the screening of the film, the Buyer confirms that he/she has such a right.
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided when purchasing a the film screening.
After purchasing a film screening, the Buyer does not acquire the right to reproduce, record, publish or otherwise use the film, as permitted by the Seller.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER
The Seller has the right to take all measures to protect the intellectual property of the portal content if it has reasonable suspicions that the Buyer uses the www.nepatoguskinas.lt platform in violation of these Rules and / or the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. For this purpose, the Seller may restrict and / or cancel the Buyer’s access to the www.nepatoguskinas.lt platform.
In the event of circumstances, the Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the activities of the www.nepatoguskinas.lt platform without notifying the Buyer.
The Seller has the right to cancel the order and return the money to the Buyer if they were not able to watch a film due to technical obstacles or actions of third parties.
The Seller has the right to change these Rules after informing the Buyer.
The Seller commits to provide the Buyer services provided by the platform www.nepatoguskinas.lt under the conditions set forth in these Rules and the by the platform.
DELIVERY OF SERVICES
The purchased Content Unit becomes available to the Buyer immediately (if the exact viewing time is not specified) after payment and the Buyer has the right to watch the film on the www.nepatoguskinas.lt platform from October 12 to 29, 2023 inclusive.
After the payment you will receive an email, which contains the film screening link and a login code.
The Seller shall not be liable for service disruptions if it is determined that the viewing of the film was unavailable to the Buyer due to the actions of the Buyer or the poor quality of the services of the Buyer’s Internet provider.
RETURN AND CHANGE OF SERVICE ORDER
Payment for a watched movie is non-refundable.
In all cases, the Seller undertakes to return the amount of money paid to the Buyer if it is established that the screening of the film was unavailable due to the fault of the Seller or the Financial Intermediary.
If the Buyer has reasonable complaints about the quality of the film review or other complaints, the Seller must be notified immediately by e-mail. Email address pagalba@nepatoguskinas.lt. If the Seller determines that the submitted claims are justified, the Seller undertakes to return the amount of money paid to the Buyer.
