While a beekeper living on the border of Latvia awaits for a constantly deteriorating harvest of honey, the residents of the country decide to search for their „honey“ in the capital or abroad, leaving behind man-made landscapes frozen in time, all of which tell stories about the life that once flourished in the smaller cities.
This film is part of the national student competition. For the first time in history, Inconvenient Films is presenting a new programme that invites students in Lithuania to explore inconvenient topics and get involved in the field of industry professionals. One winner, selected by an international jury, will be awarded with the prize of 1000 Eur. The competition prize is founded by the Audiovisual Copyright Association AVAKA.
