Change My Mind + Q&A with Robin Kvapil

Robin Kvapil is a Czech theatre and film director, documentary filmmaker and an actor, political activist as well. Several years ago, he helped create a campaign against Miloš Zeman – a pro-Russian, populist president whose decade-long rule became a symbol of polarization in Czech society. In 2025 he released a documentary Change My Mind about three pro-Russian people, who are in denial about war in Ukraine and no matter how horrific things they see are, they say that it is all propaganda. In 2026 the film received the Silver Lion award at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. In the same year film producer participated in Budapest International Documentary festival and won the Senior Jury award.
