Following the journey of more than eighty journalists \u2013 from the collapse of their newsroom to the creation of a new independent news outlet \u2013 the film reminds us that democracy begins with the courage to ask uncomfortable questions. It is a story about remaining true to one\u2019s values, even when the personal cost is high.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #e71d5e;\">The screening on 15 October at Skalvija Cinema will be introduced by D\u017eina Donauskait\u0117, journalist, media researcher and head of the Lithuanian Journalism Centre.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #e71d5e;\">The screening on 24 October at Forum Cinemas Vingis will be introduced by LRT journalist Deividas Jursevi\u010dius.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Impartial news cannot be taken for granted. This film shows how quickly and almost imperceptibly the news can become a tool in someone else\u2019s hands. The recent protests for freedom of speech in Lithuania remind us that we need to remain vigilant.
