Caught between medicine and politics, they can no longer stay silent. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Three American doctors \u2013 a Jew, a Palestinian and a Zoroastrian \u2013 are very different, but united in their duty. After traveling to Gaza to volunteer, they are faced with a lack of medicine, equipment and personnel, a horde of patients and an unstable situation. The immunity granted to hospitals elsewhere loses all meaning in Gaza. Affected by the catastrophic consequences of acts of war and having formed a close bond, the doctors come back to share their experience and seek change at the principal plane of the conflict \u2013 the US Congress.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #E71D5E;\">The screenings will be introduced by Andrius Slavuckis, Logistics Coordinator at the international humanitarian medical organisation Doctors Without Borders (<em>M\u00e9decins Sans Fronti\u00e8res<\/em>).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Regardless of your views, I recommend seeing this film. It is not only a testimony to the brutal violence inflicted on innocent people, but also a portrait of those doing everything they can to resist it. The protagonists of this film treat the wounded and save lives, but faced with this brutal reality every day, they go beyond the boundaries of their profession \u2013 they speak out, bear witness, protest and become activists. Not because it is their duty, but because remaining silent is impossible. Palestine has the right to exist.
