NK-INTERACTIVE is an extended reality (XR) exhibition, not only presenting virtual reality films, but other XR forms as well: games, video installations and various interactive experiences. It’s an experience of the newest media innovations and bold gilmpses to the scenarios of our future, inviting humans to immerse together.
Programmes for extended reality works have already become a very important part of the most prestigious film festivals – Cannes, Venice, IDFA, CPH:DOX. For the first time, such an exhibition is held in a film festival in Lithuania! It’s an exclusive chance to experience the most exciting, highly acclaimed XR works from the recent years. Let’s play, explore and discover.
NK-INTERACTIVE will be held on 18-28th of October at a very special venue – the legendary basement of the Radvila Palace Museum of Art, also known as the ex-club WOO (Vilnius street 24, Vilnius).
Visitors register by selecting one of the three suggested virtual reality films and selecting a preferred time. When arriving upon your registration time, you will be showed to your selected VR film. After the preview, you are invited to explore all XR works in the exhibition that don’t require registration: a video installation, two interactive games and two additional virtual reality films.
The works are not translated to Lithuanian and will only be shown in English.
