Director Mads Brügger meets a man who seems committed to taking down North Korean leaders’ ruthless rule. It seems far-fetched, even silly at first. But years pass by and the propaganda “the mole” keeps spreading about the “wonderful” North Korea doesn’t go unnoticed by the country with very few fans. After ten years of work, a regular guy gets access to the scenes never filmed before – and introduces his audience to the life of the very few, very rich people in one of the world’s cruelest regimes.
